Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal.

Quick & easy, Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal is a mostly healthy breakfast a toddler will actually agree to eat. A real stick to your ribs, protein packed hot breakfast in under 5 minutes. And it tastes like a cross between a Reese's cup and a chocolate no-bake cookie. Yum! You will need a few basic things:

  • Quick oats
  • Cocoa powder (for baking)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey
  • A somewhat surly personal assistant (optional)

Toss some oats in a bowl. Add a small amount of cocoa powder to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)

Add 1 Tablespoon peanut butter. (This is getting good already!)

Add honey to taste. Start with 1 teaspoon.

Add hot water slowly and stir until it reaches the desired consistency. Good luck getting your personal assistant to the table.
